1. Services

Global Traveling Consultant ("GTC", "we", "us") provides visa facilitation, travel management, charter arrangements, ticketing, and related services. We act as agents - not as immigration authorities, airlines, or embassies.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

GTC does not guarantee visa approval, flight availability, or accommodation availability. Final decisions rest with the relevant embassy, airline, or service provider. Our professional fees are earned for our work regardless of outcome.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, truthful information and all required documents. GTC is not liable for delays or refusals resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4. Fees and Payments

Service fees are quoted before work commences and are non-refundable once work has begun. Embassy, airline, and third-party fees follow the refund policies of those institutions. All fees must be paid in accordance with the issued invoice.

5. Document Handling

Original documents should only be submitted when strictly required. GTC treats all documents with strict confidentiality and will not retain originals beyond what is necessary.

6. Limitation of Liability

GTC's liability is limited to the professional service fees paid. We are not liable for consequential losses including travel costs, accommodation cancellations, or business losses arising from delays or visa refusals.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
